Vinyasa Krama focuses on structured, progressive movements, allowing you to gradually build strength and flexibility while calming the mind.

Nidra Yoga

Yoga Nidra, also known as the “yoga of sleep,” guides you into a state of complete relaxation, offering rejuvenation for body and mind in the gentlest and easiest way.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga helps you relax deeply, as poses are held for longer, targeting connective tissues and bringing profound release to the fascia.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Pre-Natal Yoga supports expectant mothers, enhancing comfort, flexibility, inner calm, and connection with the baby during pregnancy, with safe and gentle exercises.

If you prefer the comfort of your own home, we can arrange classes either in-person at your place or online.

All you need is a bit of space and the willingness to begin.

I’m here to guide you, whether face-to-face or online.

The prices for Yoga classes are €25 in-person and €15 online.

Custom lesson packages are also available to suit your needs, ensuring you have the support and guidance you need on your journey.
